For years I have wanted to expand the experience options for this group with travel… London seems like the ideal spot to START.
We are having so much fun pulling together the details and planning the itinerary for the first of what surely will be many trips to LONDON and the West End for this group. We have made some pretty primo theater selections and are putting the finishing touches on all of the carefully curated experiences we will share. Even if this is your 50th trip to London or your first – a fun and memorable experience will be had by all.
Our goal? To create an unforgettable, elevated first out of the gate GYGG Journey for all who join. We look forward to traveling with you.
Why LONDON you ask?
A very theater laden trip to London and the West End are a natural extension of everything we have done and will continue to do in NYC.
We will see THREE SHOWS that can only be experienced in London!
We will immerse ourselves in the culture and cuisine! We will explore the Parks and green spaces, a signature GYGG move (we are obsessed with parks), and explore parts of London even the most seasoned London visitor will find appealing!
All of that while laughing & learning. Connecting with old friends & making new friends and Having SO MUCH FUN in the process!
Our SHOW Experiences!
When we heard that Next to Normal, Tom Kitt’s Tony winning musical, was being staged at the Donmar Theater it was just the motivation we needed to take this group on the road! We will be viewing Next to Normal on Tuesday @7pm.
Then Stephen Sondheim’s Old Friends concert with BERNADETTE PETERS was announced and we immediately scooped up tickets for our Group to GO! Our date to see the amazing talent on stage is Wednesday @2pm.
And late breaking news!!! We were recently offered tickets to a third show from a Co Producer friend in the group. We’ll GO crazy for Crazy For You on Thursday @7:30!
We hope you can join the group for these special performances that can only be experienced in London in the fall of 2023!
Our LONDON Experiences!
We’re going to be in London for some proper West End stage action, but feel it is equally important to punctuate our days with some MUST DO London experiences. High Tea in a private room exclusive for our group? Yes! Fun. A private tour in the magnificent and alluring Kew Gardens? Yes! Opportunities for a carefully curated shopping excursion? Absolutely. A BEHIND THE GLASS Churchill War Rooms visit? A must! Plus a few more fun and delightful surprises!
Will have more itinerary details as we get closer to our travel. Know we have some very special elevated experiences planned for the group that wants to be part of ALL OF IT!
Elevated in what we are doing – like the Behind the Glass tour of the Churchill War Rooms – and elevated because of the group we are sharing the experiences with. Along the way we will offer enticing opportunities to dine with our group or we are happy to help you find special spots to dine with your group.
Our Accommodations!
We will stay at a Five Star Luxury Boutique Hotel, that sits a less than 10 minute walk to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace and about a mile from the West End (ideal for post show walking and talking). We are particularly enthusiastic about the hotels many inviting spaces for us to convene and connect as a group – whether over coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening and everything in between.This hotel is also quite dog friendly. This is not a coincidence. 🙂
There are multiple room types available. Choose from a Cozy Single or a Deluxe King that you can share (additional options available, just ask!). Will work with you to determine your best option. We are assuming people want single rooms, but let us know if you and a friend would like to room together. Happy to make that happen!

Cost Starts at $3900* for a Single Twin Room

The inclusions below are just the beginning. We are still adding fun activities that we are sure will surprise and delight. If you’d like to see the shows and stay at the hotel, but need your days free that is absolutely an option! While we would like for you to join for the entire week’s outings, we are happy to provide pricing for any additional customization you might need. Reach out!

- Curated London Experiences each day – including the Churchill War Rooms, a Kew Gardens Tour, and more!

What’s Not Include:
- Airfare (We will suggest flights and are happy to book them for you so that many of you can travel together!)
- Daily Lunch & Dinner – We will have optional lunches and dinners on offer. Like our pre-show dinners we will pay as we go.
- Transportation to/from the theater. (Weather permitted, we plan to walk.) If you’d like a ride, please plan to schedule your own Uber or taxi.
- Travel Insurance
Payment Structure
Grab Your Group & GO will invoice for all payments in advance of the due dates as indicated below. The $3900 price is only guaranteed for those that sign up on or before June 5th! After that date, the price will go up!
- Initial Deposit: $800 due to Grab Your Group & GO at the time of booking.
- Second Payment: £1240 is due on or before June 5th.
- Final Payment: £1240 is due on or before July 25th
Note: the initial deposit is in USD and payable to Grab Your Group & GO. Subsequent payments are in British Pounds and are payable to our vendor partner in London.
