Walk & Learn at the MET w/ Kevin Draper

Kevin was extra animated when he described this walk and is eager to share all he knows about the museum’s history and to treat us to a “stay away from the crowds” immersive Met experience. I first met Kevin at MOMA and it was his astounding command of every piece of art that we visited that got us all connected with Kevin in the first place.
Our private tour will begin with the extraordinary history of the Met from its founding and development through the acquisitions that made it into a world class art institution. As we walk together we will discover incredible art, learn about influential artists, view significant artifacts, and gain knowledge of little known secrets in history and culture from America and beyond. OOH Exciting!
Some of our visit highlights include: Greek and Roman, American wing, hidden storage (ooh fun!), Arms and Armor, Egyptian, French Decorative arts, and a lot in between including the architecture of the buildings.
This Walk & Learn costs a little extra at $90 because it includes the museum’s entrance ticket. Great choice by you to join us!
