Join for a docent lead tour of this amazing space celebrating its 20th anniversary. We will visit the museum in its entirety (hello Lady in Gold) but pay special attention to the current exhibit in honor of this 20th year celebration: The Ronald Lauder Private Collection.
The Ronald Lauder Exhibit displays the best of the best of his art collection that he has been amassing since he was 13 years old. We will visit rooms that are exact re-creations of rooms in his home to view the art as he experiences it every day. Oh my! His rule for collecting art: his brain must utter these words: OH MY GOD. Let’s dive into Ronald Lauder’s brain and art collection TOGETHER.
Admission to the museum is included in the tour price and you are free to re-visit your favorite pieces after our private tour. But only after we have tucked into the refined cafe for a cappuccino and perhaps a sweet treat. Bring a date for a perfect Saturday morning in NYC.
